If you're offering a service , you can do it on the normal Digital goods or Service section. The only thing you need to do if you include some nude/obscene photos is to include a [NSFW] tag in the topic title, and you should be fine.

Make sure you have the suitable tags and the Service section is the only place it fit (not digital goods). Also do your service accept BTC ? If not then it shouldn't be here.

If the service is one section of a site, put it in the Services section. If the entire site is based around your service, put it in Service Announcements. As previously said, use [NSFW] in your title if it contains adult content.

Services actually means graphics, designing, etc for me. Everything that has to do with selling accounts, invites, codes are digital goods.
If you are providing a webcam service - post in services section
If you are providing photos, accounts - post in digital goods section

The people above explained it pretty well. Something I wanted to add though, is even if you have NSFW in the title (which you need) you still may not insert NSFW pictures themselves, you may however link them with the nswf tag. To explain a little better, if the ham sandwhich was a NSFW picture.
