From what I can get OP doesn't want to provide Betfair his/her real ID details and is asking here for someone available to provide them in his/her behalf.

Which, by the way, I don't recommend or at least I'm not going to do.

And if I'm right on this there is a remaining unsolved problem: withdrawals; I mean the holder of the payment mean chosen must match the player account holder ....unless betfair allows payments in bitcoin (which I'm not aware of).

I had a betfair account for 3 years. Fully verified. I have traderline and geeks toy license for 1 year.
Then they close registratioms for my country and i can't bet anymore. Not even on bet365, bwin, etc.

Now in relation of the withdraws. I will deposit and withdraw only through skrill. And they don't verify the name. I had my friends account and deposited with my skrill email and no problem at all.
