I was thinking a while ago that I would be able to host a service that created multiple google+ accounts and/or mutiple onedrive accounts where someone could store a large file/folder (up to 1tb).

I was thinking that this would save time for people and I would charge 0.0001 btc (negotiable) per 1GB uploaded. Large files may take up to 100 days to upload but will upload faster as will have many different accounts logged in at one time!

This is not a bad idea since your charges is negotiable however this topic should belong to project development section since you are yet to start it.

I wonder how long it would take for google to spot and shut down such abusive use of their services.

There is already a service mega.co.nz which gives you 50GB storage for free. And 1GB for 3 cent , are you serious? There are way better services which you can use for this, maybe multiple of them, just break down your files into volumes using 7ZIP or winrar , then create mega/google/onedrie/a ton of other free storage services.

That is what I would be doing! Creating people many free google accounts and then using 7 zip to split the large files into 14GB files. Then uploading thm.

I know there may be services like this but they don't offer 1tb of storage (I could always go up to 3tb)!

I also know that if you want free unlimited storage then you could use UTorrent. But I think my idea is better.

If you want a terabyte of raw storage go to weiyun.com/disk/index-en.html (WARNING! IT IS NOT IN ENGLISH). You can only upload a gigabyte of storage per session that you are using it so it isn't very good!
