Since you don''t know how to mine (as you said in your OP), it would be ridiculous to ask for a proof of mining... But can you at least post some pics of the miners with a piece of paper containing your forum username?

Also, you're only going to sell these if you use a reputable escrow that will hold the funds untill the buyer can verify these miners exist and are indeed mining...
