A couple of friends and family members have gotten into bitcoin over the past years. Though, they are not always all that active with it.
I don't really understand what you mean with the first part, is it that they know of bitcoin? As that numbers is quite high actually, they just don't care about it yet.

I entered a new school this year , and I swear ... I just met yesterday the first Algerian that knows about bitcoin and how it works however he don't really use them but one of his family members mine for them and sell . Now for what comes to family members and friends .. not really I'm the only one that use BTC . |

At least 10 members of the local meetup group (group is much larger, but I haven't met everyone yet)
Everybody at work - although we are not very many.
A few friends have bought and traded, although they are mostly hodlers.

yeahh i have 2friend at real life who trade at bitcoin im gathering with him 4month ago also i have a big bitcoin fb group with 2000 member but never do gathering |

Not sure about the first question but if your asking in a specific way then around 20 which are all well known in the community and if your asking in general then more or less I know 100 persons related to bitcoin...Yes and no, because some only know a tiny part of what it is and how it works...In regards to those who trade, from my family no one except me but from friends, many of them actually use in trading matters

Many of my friends and family love to use Bitcoin in their life. For some of the people, I was the one that introduced them to Bitcoin and now they are very thankful that I told them about it. It is great for online and day to day use.

I just have some friends who know Bitcoin, and maybe just 1 friend that use it. And my family, I think they're not interesting with Bitcoin. I've explained about it tho  |

Very few of my friends and family use Bitcoin, but almost everyone close to me is aware of it. I am doing my best to educate them about but some ppl are just hopeless. Lot of them just use Facebook and shit like that and still think bitcoin is some sort of hackers voodoo magic. Bitcoin need to be simple and safer to use if we ever want wide adoption in my opinion, but anyway, every day more ppl inquire about and start to play with.

There is similar topics already, I will answer again : until now I didn't meet person who heard for bitcoin. And when I mention bitcoin I'm crazy fool and it's better to do something less stupid then playing with bitcoins. I'm trying to be persistent but it doesn't help for now.

I don't know anyone who uses Bitcoin or understands much about it. Some people I know have heard about it through the silk road or other news stories. but they only know it's a sort of internet money. A few of them think it's anonymous because of the news stories, although it's not unless you work at it.

Nobody that I know directly uses bitcoin. My family are aware of it, my girlfriend & a couple of friends but none of them use or own any bitcoin's. |

My colleagues and a few friends know about bitcoin. A colleague introduced bitcoin to me. At first I was hesitant but he started earning thru trading and gambling bitcoin, so I got in as well. I am still learning the ins and out of bitcoin, but I am getting there. About, family members, none of them knows bitcoin. They do not appreciate it as much as I do now. Maybe someday, they will too just like me, but not now. |

Not many. Only 3 that I introduced to bitcoin myself. One of them is now a trader and the other just occasionally uses it. But havent seen much adoption. |

I know some people who are involved in internet business as network admins and/or webmasters and im surprised none of them use BTC yet.... we need to step it up ;-)

I have only 2 friends who are using bitcoin and know it as virtual currency but not in detail. They are also not doing trading with bitcoin. In my family members my brother is being interesed in earning bitcoin when he sees the jumping price of bitcoin.

Related to bitcoin, a couple of them, but what i notice in last months is that people who was not interested on bitcoin, now they are asking me about more and more things related to that. Most of them didn't know what bitcoin is, you know, you try to talk with them about bitcoin, but they see to bitcoin like a ponzi all something really bad that comes from the net...Btw as i said, two years ago, i had less friends who are related to bitcoin than now, thats good symptoms  |

Some people around me know one thing or another about Bitcoin, because I've talked about it to them, otherwise they wouldn't know anything. Nobody that I know of owns, actively trades or has any kind of connection to Bitcoin, unfortunately...

few of my friends use bitcoin, but mostly use it for earning online, we don't have a skill for do a trading include me.
and my friends always come to me to get an update for any recent news about bitcoin.

About 20 people that I know that use Bitcoin, trade it or have just invested in it. Some are friends, some are family members and to the most of these 20, I have introduced Bitcoin to.
Need I to say that I have tried to talk in at least 100 people into the Bitcoin and only about these 20 have joined. It took me about 2 years for this so as you can see, user adoption is a slow and painful process!
