the only problem is we cannot withdraw our eArnings on the app unless we are verified.
can you please fix the verification process,i asked many times for the code but nothing came to my number.
I tried to withdraw my earnings this morning but I can't receive any code to verify my withdrawal process. If you change some features of your app kindly make an announcement for us to be aware for the changes. |

Same here I withdrew 3 mbtc and received 2.6 mbtc. Expensive network charge or what ! I withdrew 0.05btc no fee was takin. Now that is weird. Why they charge me and not you ? Can you check again? I will as well. Apologies I got charged 0.00004532 exactly wow cheap and fast network fee. |

you can withdraw your earnings without using the app by emailing them the amount of btc to be withdrawn
your btc address and your btckan id. hope it helps.
