I think you did not read the starting post of OP correctly, he clearly told that starting bid is 1 sathoshi and min. bid increment is 0.002 btc. so how ever has to bid increment has to bid above 0.002 btc
I'm just surprised that the first bidder didn't bid 1 satoshi.

]these kind of things breaks the auction. I mean, i clearly stated in the op that 2nd highest bidder should also have to pay, so bid with caution. And now you are withdrawing and if i would agree to it then all of the bidders would also do try the same. Oh my... What a dilemma.

I'm just surprised that the first bidder didn't bid 1 satoshi. it is because he was intelligent enough. If he would have bid 1 satoshi then all the bids would have been like this, 0.00200001btc 0.00400001btc and so on so it would have been very time consuming and difficult to bid.So for making things easy, he bidded 0.002btc instead of 0.00000001btc

so now jacee is the second highest bidder after withdrawl of the bid by BruceLee007. Only 6 hours are left in the auction. And highest bid is 0.018btc That's a pretty unfair decision OP. One back out of the auction and I will then take the place of the looser? If you will gonna just accept him backing out of the auction then I might as well retrieve my entry here. I've reached my max btc and so I am not gonna participate in this anymore.

I am so sorry bothering you.

I'm just surprised that the first bidder didn't bid 1 satoshi. Because he wanted to save everyone else the hassle of having to write ...00001 after their subsequent bids at the BTC0.002 increment. To the OP, what's the point of the two highest bidders paying you? Is this to protect you incase the highest bidder doesn't pay?

I think the point is that there is more competition because the second highest bidder is going to be paying for nothing. It's going to be a bargain though for the highest bidder as the price is around half the usual.

he didn't respond to my pm, so should i give him a negative trust for destroying my auction? From previous discussion, i've concluded that not honoring an auction is not always considered scamming (he didn't really take any BTC from you). However, it is a good thing to make a neutral comment, giving your thread as a reference, so future members know they have to be carefull when this user makes a bid.

i can not send you that account for 0.02btc because due to the terms of the auction i would have got the bidded amount of first and second highest bidder. That means 0.02 + 0.018 = 0.038btc if you want to buy the account for that much then send me the fumds to my address in my profile and paste the transaction link here or find a trusted escrow. I think second option is good for you.
