You might wanna check here in the Services. section. There are people in there who have knowledge in programming and they may be able to help you with what you need. So, you are looking for someone who runs the exchange for you?
There are indeed good script like http://www.coinffeine.com/ or https://c9.io/mrcodin/cryptsy-clone

But be careful, there are many buggy exchange scripts out there.
