The OP asked me to wait 4 hours before they will send my withdrawal, I sent them another PM requesting a reason for this, They did not reply.

It is clearly said that with each cash out request you have to provide an address. In that field you just wrote your username.
We contacted you and you didn't answered. Then today we received your message here and asked you to answer our message on the website. After that you provided an address.
We usually proceed cash outs 3 times per day and that's why I requested you to wait about 4 hours.
We have sent your BTC. We never had such a feedback from a client. We had much higher transactions for other clients and none of them behaved like you.
I again apologize if it hurts you but I repeat again that it was your own mistake.
