Problem is a lot of numbers do not work.

How many sms verify confirmation you request ? i have more italian number for twitter verified.
The amount is less, but you use escrow  ? Because if i verify your account and later you don't send, i can't change notingh

Mostly people give an used number or a free online number. It may not be worth for you and hence you are free to ignore it.
