Now like I said, i'm not totally ruling out anyone that wants it for a cheaper price. Honestly i'm trying to satisfy a bulk order before I go selling them individually. Notice how you won't see people selling monarchs or in this volume for that matter. Regardless of the statistics, they are well designed, sustainable machines with literally no maintenance required (unlike every single bitmain product, every single KnC product, and every single GaW product. I have at least two of almost everything, and BFL tops in design, stability (though the company has shafted all it's customers, the product itself is exact.)).

Now if you guys want a lower price, buy more than just 2 units. Otherwise, I just lose money rather than just keeping them and start mining with them. I don't *need* to make a profit of the sale of these monarchs as this bulk order for me opened up my line of communication with some other ventures, but I sure as hell want to stay away from a loss. Neutral is fine by me.

If you guys want some, let me know how much (if its over two, AND is a multiple of two). I only want to sell these in twos because otherwise it would make this really awkward (with the way BFL designed these things).

Before we proceed further. Can you please include a couple of photographs off all these miners with your username in the photo.

You allow escrow correct?

Yeah i'll grab a couple of photos with them in boxes, and on display when it's bright outside.

About escrow, I do allow it, but honestly it'd take a long ass time since i'm treating these unit sales as "orders" mainly because I have soo much of them. I have no problem coding up an order site to offload most of this work and make everything automated so i'd just get e-mails of where to ship it, and quantity. Or if you want to pay cash, I can do interac/e-transfer which i'd be totally okay with as well.

If anyone is in Toronto I can actually set up a meet up if you want them super fast, I can just drive it up to you.

I don't want to be too much of a spoiler here but you will probably need to come down on pricing if you want to sell, or try ebay or craigslist for better results. Almost everyone here on this forum is trying to make a buck off someone else. Everyone does ROI calculators, and it is hard getting power for free nowadays. Everyone wants more of their money. It is capitalism.

0.35 cents per GH here for monarchs (1.4GH/watt)

0.17 cents per GH on another thread for SP20s (1.5GH/watt)
0.40 cents per GH on s7's someone has (4GH/w)
0.36 cents per GH on some s5's (1.9GH/w)

In all fairness the power supply price is pretty on par with amazon and newegg.

I fully see what you mean, but others would clearly see, this is the best you'll get with the amount of ready to ship products I have. Sure you can get a couple SP20s for 0.17 C/GH but can you get 6? 10? 20 of them? I have a lot of monarchs here and 0.35 per GH is more than sparing for those that want a big amount. But I fully get the society here on this particular sub-forum. It gets this nasty on almost all forum marketplaces. But this thread exists for everyone that isn't a "get an S7, done" type of human.

To be fair, the answer is yes, the price is so high you can get bulk purchase from expensive resellers at that price range, or even cheaper. For example you can get S3's for 180$, which would be a much better deal and you can get tons of them. And the retailer is in Canada too. They even drop their price to 200CAD every other month per S3's.

At that $/GH their overpriced S5's would be about the same $/GH, but better efficiency.

Still, you're the one selling the hardware, not us, so what we think does not matter, if you can find a buyer anyways.

Antminer S3 for $180? That's expensive.

Yes it is, which is my point. You can buy them in bulk at 125-180$, since at that price... Well you get it anyways. Imo still a better deal than this.

Now like I said, i'm not totally ruling out anyone that wants it for a cheaper price. Honestly i'm trying to satisfy a bulk order before I go selling them individually. Notice how you won't see people selling monarchs or in this volume for that matter. Whats the problem with Bitmain products? I have bunch of AntMiners and the only maintenance i've done this year is blow some pressured air through the fan/heatsink once in a blue moon. But for risk of going off on a tangent, i'll agree to disagree. I just think most buyers here are picky and won't take a deal if the price is more expensive than bulk reseller and even ebay. (For different products, same efficiency, better $/GHs)

Agreed with GAW and KnC. Specially GAW which had no actual product of their own. Just rebranded Zeus.

Honestly, if you have to do anything other then set them up, then they aren't that elusive "full fledged bitcoin miner" that requires ZERO work on your part. I mean, maybe it could be I have constantly only gotten Ants that had some problem that made it more than a hassle. It crosses that "hassle" threshold once you have over 100 of them. Sure we don't always get the best binned chip (*squints eyes at KnC*) but stability is important.

And yeah, GAW was a joke as soon as I started buying their stuff + cloud miners. Boy was that a horrible mess haha.

sustainable machines with literally no maintenance required
That depends on if those monachs likes your host's USB port or not.
I have couple of monarchs and they don't work stable with all machines i tried.
They don't like my asus ultrabook and RaspberryPi2 but works ok with ancient HP server i purchased for them for 20 bucks.

I'm not sure what you mean. As long as you use a powered USB hub they work normally and have no issues with connections. When I say maintenance, I mean having to go back and fix things. If you set them up correctly then you really have no need to even go near them unless you want to shut them off or move them. I've had a separate batch of monarchs that I connect up to a cheesy third party 10 USB-port powered hub and they all work pretty well on my windows machines and a couple of demo linux units.

Maybe something like the original ASICMiner USB's and other USB equipment that didn't work well with USB 3.0?

Really? Thanks for the info. Probably will pass on this deal then. Rather get an S5 which has a stable controller built in.

What? Based on what? I'm using them with some RPI's connected to my TV right now. In what way are they unstable?

I did some research on them and they apparently are full of issues. There are alot of issues with the dies, so many hash at 75% capacity like (500Gh/s instead of 700Gh/s) and also the cooling system is very weak and will start to leak, which will need to be replaced/serviced.

So $250 is definately not worth it considering you need to buy an Raspberry Pi, it will in the future most likely hash at 75% capacity, and if it leaks you need to replace the cooling system which is another $75 or so.

I've been mining with the Pre-April batch (was the first one to get them) since I got them at the beginning of the year and have had no leaks or dead dies. Granted, i've seen some users have those issues. You actually don't need an RPI to use them as they work fine on windows pc's (i've tested them on my personal MSI laptop, and custom built desktop).

I'm not going to push you to buy 'em but for sure i've never experienced a problem like some others have. I can understand the concern though, but the same thing happened with my KNC titan shipments. First two have been flawless and mining till this day without any issues except my 3 shipment had issues like dead dies and power problems. So it's in the batch and not the product.

for 250 thats a good price as depending on how many you get (if over ten) i'd give you the 10 port USB hubs they work fine with.

Again, the dead die thing is the risk you get from buying any miner so that shouldn't what the deal breaker is. I think the water cooling systems leaking is either user error or running conditions or combined. Of course it'd be painfully cruel to just tell everyone to reinforce the tubing plastic with a liquid sealer, but I don't think it's smart to judge all the systems like that.

I COULD sell you used monarchs that i've been using since the beginning of the year for cheaper, but we all know how people feel about that.

175 realistically is the best I can do. that's pretty much half off the retail price. I can go 150 if you buy the PSU's for every two of them as well.

Maybe i'm unlucky with this two cards but they had two weeks uptime with hp server usb ports and other than usb issues I actually like them.
I wrote bfgminer restarting script for Linux (bash) so if you encounter this issues you can contact me.
