They do not force anyone to play there or scam you just like McDonald's doesn't force you to spend all your money on cheeseburgers. Apart from you can completely verify all bets to make sure they aren't cheating in any way. You're really grasping at straws with your argument now.

Anyone that gambles should expect to lose money. If you think otherwise you should get your mother to hold your money for you to make sure you don't spend it all at once. You can't accidentally gamble, you should know exactly what you're getting into when you gamble.
