Is the campaign manager. Any questions regarding payment and why certain posts weren't counted should be directed to him.

His responsibilities are:

- posts quality,
- signatures wearing,
- posts counting,
- google spreadsheet updates
- thread updates (answering users questions etc.)
- direct contact with users (via PM) during the week in order to improve the quality of posts.

However if you're asking on behalf of another user - there is no problem if someone was involved in other campaign before.

I think at this moment there's not a free slot. You should read the post from kotwica666 few post above you.
If there's any free slot, it will be announce in this thread and anyone who enroll and wear the signatures faster than other will be enrolled.

As it was mentioned and is updated in OP - In this week i will not count posts from:

- Bitcointalk and Twitter Campaign threads (this included)
- Prediction threads
- Off-topic section
  
To be honest, it was my suggestion to include this threads as not counted - it is very easy to spam in this sections. I will put the greatest attention on posts quality, so we can say that is more for your own protection.
It doesn't mean that you can't post there. I know that some people like gambling/predictions or talking about everything in off-topic, but that is not main target of this campaign, so i will just not count this posts.
