Today I have lost my love, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge of 32GB (Gold Platinum Color). While I was returning home, someone pickpocketed it at a congested metro station! Cry Unfortunately I turned off my internet connection as I was in a subway and thus couldn't track it neither via Samsung's tracker nor via Google's Android Manager! I went to the local police station but they aren't cooperating at all (thanks to our Indian Police - The Lazy Lumps Angry ) They said, they can only block my sim card and provide me a new one with the same number and nothing more than that! Sad

I'm going to share the details I have of my device, so can anyone (especially hackers in this forum) help me out in anyways possible? I'll reward him with a lump sum of Bitcoins if he can help me out in finding it's current location!

Model No => SM-G925IZDAINS (INDIAN)

IMEI => 359670/06/313353/9

S/N => RZ8G400E0MR

These is all I have afterall Cry

Please try to share this info in all "true" hacking forums you know exists!

I'll be highly grateful if I get my lover back anyhow Smiley I'll reward him with a lump sum of BTC!

I wish you could have given it to me rather than losing it . I have never lost even a single phone and you must be wearing formal pants. What was the name of the metro station you are talking about ? Well all I can say now is you should report here :

i dont agree that its too hard to trace phone. i am from georgia, and in our country its too easy. if you will lose phone and inform about it to police, as soon as someone just turn on the phone, police will find its location

OP, i am very sorry for you lost, hope you will find it...

good luck

Sorry for your loss, I don't have any working trick to find location of the mobile (without active internet connection on phone). However, if you know someone from Police IT sell or RAW then they might help you. (Don't want to discourage you but that's the only solution that I know).

For Others,,

Download and configure 'SIM Card Change Notifier' App from Google play store in your smartphone. It will send SMS with the new sim card information if you try to change default sim card. Precaution is better than cure.

OP, Don't forget to do this for your next phone.

Then you do not know about india police.if you inform them about phone lost then forgot about it you will not get it even in your whole life.
And second dont think thief are stupid that they will start the phone with sim accessibility.,they just reset or root the phone.

its good that you live in a country where police do care about people,here police care only about money and power.
if you have power your phone will get traced by the police ,otherwise it is useless even to do a general diary in the police station as they l see if he is a  strong person or the piece of paper will be in the pile of paper which will be eaten by the rats and they l even get shit out of it.

The police can track your phone using the IMEI. But the thief might have kept in off making it untraceable. And you need contacts with police or visit them as regularly and ask for updates.

If you lost your phone then first close your sim after then you go to police station and complained about it.
