How to deactivate devices:

1. Login to the account with browser and go to Account -> Media and Devices -> Deactivate All
2. Login to the account with your PSN, download games and enjoy! (If you need any help, just ask.)

pardon me for the ignorant question but what's the use of the deactivate button? what if I just login to my PS4 with one of those account and just download games without deactivating?
