Since you're a multi tasker ,I need to deploy an IRC bot based on node.js with a expense manager as the front end .For example on the User Interface side I can ask the bot to save a expense by typing "Please add 100rs for today on x's name" or "Please add 200rs as Electricity Bill on eric's name" and when I need the results back I can ask the IRC bot to find the results like "Please show me the details of expenses on "this date or today" and bot should display the results on the UI terminal. This bot should be completely based on IRC BOT node.js and maybe you are free to use angular js on the frontend side.

My budges is 0.1 btc but it could be negotiated if you're willing to implement it in the given time frame.

You will need to pay for a signed certificate, only certificate authorities can sign them.
