Red flags
1. Neglected mentioning anything regarding vouch, or escrow even though brought up multiple times.

The OP account must be yours, seeing as you have tried to sell a similar product yourself, yet you're buying one?

You also have a recent negative from a reputable trusted member for selling Microsoft accounts that stop working.

Scammers don't even try to put an effort anymore these days.
