I am extremely confused. How can it have 120+ posts and 184 potential activity, but it's a newbie?
How can that be the case? Wouldn't each post tick an activity point, so it would be a full member already?

No, either the account has potential activity which means the number of posts is holding the activity back or it does not. Btw @OP 184 potential activity cant be, its either 182 (13 periods of 14) or 196 (14*14).

Its probably best to close this and make a new thread without the errors.

Still though, when you have potential activity it goes up with each post until you have reached your maximum potential.
So having your post count higher than your activity count when you still have potential activity doesn't make sense, unless I'm missing something.

If the account is a newbie with 120+ posts then it means the account has no potential activity. Post count and activity should be always equal atleast every hour when it should be updating
