I guess what you are selling is a debit cards but if you are sure that it is a credit cards is it attached with any bank, is it possible for me to reload it by myself through ACH transfer?

When our system is up and running (Mid December) you will be able to utilize ACH transfers if you purchase a card that is linked to an IBAN account (Just $4.99 extra for a limited time).

However, ACH can take up to 4 days to process where as you will be able to use your Bitcoin to upload funds to your card in as little as 2 minutes.

At the moment, we are processing requests manually which are guaranteed to be complete in 2 hours.

Most of the virtual cards are debit cards that are useless once you have spent the preloaded amount in it whereas virtual credit cards have some features that could help you to spend more than what you have in your account balance though you might pay it back later.
