Hello there

So im using a program to accept payments and I was looking at Blockchain.info for a while. Today they changed it to V2 where you must submit a request for an API key (as sown in their website here: https://blockchain.info/api/api_receive). There is a problem which I wanted to ask.
1. I do not have a website yet to accept payments, everything is by programs. How can I submit a form?
2. Can I just use V1 instead of using V2?
3. They use a callback URL to accomplish this. Can the callback url be an .onion link? (They do have a .onion url)
