CONTEST FOR COIN DESIGN

hello,

I'm planning to make coin named 'JOINT COIN' and need coin design.

I don't have particular design in mind so i want to have this open for contest and
pay 0.1BTC to the best design i choose.

I prefer metalic design like these

I prefer to pay direct to designer after end of contest because the amount is small and i have pretty good reputation
but i can also do escrow.

I think it would be better if you removed the coin name, so people don't copy it and make one with the same name.

What concept do you have in mind for me to think about it openly? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the term 'joint' often comes closely related to weeds.
