Bumping against the rules

This user: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=554037 along with his alt: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=616646
has been bumping his thread against the rules more than 4-5 times in 24 Hrs for more than 10 days by now.
In order to "experience" it, add the thread to your watch list/make a post and it will show as unread more than twice everyday.
I've informed about this to Cyrus, hilariousandco and they in turn to BadBear/theymos. Still I don't see anything done against it.

I'm watching the Microsoft keys thread,as I haven't noticed constant bumping from that user. As for Alex from bitgame, he seems to have taken a warning:

This is your second bump in 24 hrs, rules only allow one bump per 24 Hrs. Be warned, one person was perma banned for this earlier: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1251094.0

Well currently there's not much that can be done about this problem, he can just keep creating new accounts and continue bumping his thread. One way would be to impose time restrictions on any kind of bumps through comments. For example only allow threads to be bumped to the top say every 12 hrs or so. Thread followers would still be notified of new comments.

EDIT - What I mean is having the restrictions enforced through coding rather than just having spoken/written rules.

plenty of accounts use alts to bump threads, sadly it is hard to tell who is whos alt, or else mods would be on top of it.

I told you in my auction page that i didn't knew about the one bump per day rule in the auctions section.
And also pardon me for that kind of behaviour.

Sadly you are right. Mr. microsoft uses this tactic as well. Many of the accounts that post in the thread are newbie accounts, few posts elsewhere and ironically many never post again.

I just nuked him; problem solved. Not sure what he thinks he could accomplish with the Trust Score 9xx description on the profile. I don't expect anyone to fall for that.
