Stay away from this site . They will most likely to steal your money .   If a company says they cannot accept wire transfers from the US . They are full of it.(most likely are using fraudulent account in whatever backwards country they are in ) US BANKS can wire money to any bank in the world that can use swift codes or aba routing codes.  This so called company is in Bulgaria .  Bulgaria uses swift codes .

Do you mean to stay away from btc-e.com? What company do you refer?
Quote
Do you accept any alternate forms of payment such as Debit/Credit Cards?

At this time, BTC-e is currently not accepting any of these payment methods. All transactions carried out on our website are irreversible; therefore use of payment methods that are reversible would be a detrimental venture for us. The presently supported payment methods are : US Bank Wire, EU Bank Wire (SEPA), Visa, Mastercard, Liqpay.com, unikarta.com, PerfectMoney.com, WebCreds.com, Ukash.com, Webmoney.ru.

I have seen that they have stopped accepting US wite transfers. I would think that this rather has something to do with the US regulatory bodies that have prevented US customers from using unregulated exchange based who knows where.

They are going with the logic that US customers now have several legit exchanges where they can now buy bitcoins, of course with KYC complying.

I might be wrong though but this is my reasoning!

Odd. I would assume they couldn't care less about US regulations. The third party processors who do such things are probably a lot less keen on the idea.

The US criminal law claims extraterritorial jurisdiction so even if you are outside the US if you conduct business that under US law would be considered a crime with any US person or entity you could find yourself in a US prison sooner rather than later (ie. FIFA scandal). That's why many exchanges don't want to deal with US citizens or entities or have special requirements when doing so.
