Don't know if it is a matter of cleared cookies or browser history cleared or what else but when I log into your site, if it's been  a while I'm not doing it, all past pop up messages (warning me I received a May/June/July raffle ticket) pops up again and I have to close all of them one by one clicking on their topright X.

I provided all documents (even screenshot with IP), but they still deny withdrawals. Why?
Because the registered e-mail is not the same as the one I used to send them the documents.

Please be informed that due to security reasons we cannot provide any information about other player accounts to unregistered e-mail addresses.

But I can't use the registered mail, because it's not mine. I used autofill and didn't pay attention and so I registered with a wrong mail. The funny thing is, you don't need to verify your mail, else I would have been aware of my mistake earlier. And you don't need it to log in.
