Good hard 14 hour days work.
You'll be exhausted and fall asleep in no time.

As I have read from the others and I agree that there are many methods on how to fall asleep...

I agree that with siting at computer or staring in your smartphone is not healthy before you go to bed. But, we are living in era where we use the Internet Technology most of our day. So, if some one is texting you before you go to bed, I am sure that you will not ignore him/her! Smiley

Besides meditations (who is the best thing to do before you go to bed) there are other methods that you can practice. Listening a lounge or ambient music before you go to bed is a very healthy way to fall asleep. But, keep in mind to listen only the music, not to stare in your PC and doing some other things in the same time! Cheesy

Read a book or magazine for 30 minutes usually helps me. Note I did not say e-reader, tablet etc.

First you have to turn off all screens and filter out blue light. Then, you have to learn self-hypnosis and use induction on yourself; here is one induction that worked for me:

"All around you are the normal sights and sounds of your environment, and they cannot disturb or distract you but can only send you deeper."

Unfortunately the best way I've found is to let my brain just think as long as it wants, by which time it's usually 2:00am or 3:00am so I just stay up the rest of the night and reset myself the next day, just make sure you don't do it on a day you need to be somewhere lol.
