It already went over $400. But then now it has gone back down to $380. I hope it goes back up.
Yup pal Price is going down and getting back to standard rate again. Its all because of rumor spread by the set of people and now again going to its value. After halving Price will reach more than 800$ I guess. Waiting for it.  |

What exchange price are you looking at? Here it is still over $400 and at the moment you have posted it was also above $400. |

Seems like bitcoin has made it up to $400 yet again. How long do you guys think this will hold?
I'm looking forward to next week and see if $400 will hold or either rise up some more or drop back down.

Maybe we can wait for a few weeks to buy? The price is not too bad or too good. Shall we wait for some good news to buy.? Good news to buy? Sometimes too much waiting will lead to regrets. If you are willing to waste the days that will passed then go wait for "good news" to execute your buy moves but don't regret after. |

We can buy just after an initial rise price so do not waste too much time. |

I agree with you that there is no lack in supply nowadays, but After halving happen after next few months and more people start using bitcoin, the prices will reach high levels |

i think that the price will surely soon bounce back up into the 400 price, i hope that im correct about it as i have a small amount of bitcoins so it would be nice to see a slightly bigger amount of dollars in my wallet

I agree with you that there is no lack in supply nowadays, but After halving happen after next few months and more people start using bitcoin, the prices will reach high levels I think you overestimate the influence of halving, like many on this forum. The price of Bitcoin is almost entirely dependent on the speculation forces pushing it either up or down. Cut in half in the number of available coins in the block won't make much difference to this picture. It will be still speculators playing the main role in the pricing scheme. If the whales decide to push the price down around halving time, it will go down, no matter halving. See recent example of Litecoin halving, when the bubble happened much before the halving. At the halving time the price was at the levels below the pre-bubble. |

the bitcoin price movement is very slow today and i think $404 the highest price in these several days because after that the price down back to $400 below till today |

It will, don't worry. Right now the market looks boring without much action, but the fireworks will return when we are around 2 months away from the block halving. Just make sure you will hold them at least till the block halving. |

It will, don't worry. Right now the market looks boring without much action, but the fireworks will return when we are around 2 months away from the block halving. Just make sure you will hold them at least till the block halving. or a bit longer... there is no perfect time synchronisation between halving and price spike. It may happen before the halving (check the most recent Litecoin halving), it may happen afterwards. Also, if we count on the halving alone, without any supportive, fundamental event for Bitcoin adoption, the spike will be very disappointing for many. |

reaching an agreement about the block size issue is what can give the bitcoin price a massive boost. other than that there isn't much that will trigger the rocket to take off. at this point we need to wait and aim our focus on the block halving. |

The price could go to $350 or lower, but it will not go back to $300 or lower. There are more awareness of bitcoin now. |

the halving will force an increase no matter what, because otherwise miners will have ahard time to profit, and chinese don't want that, so expect a pump any time soon, but don't dream too much, 1k-10k range, is still out of reality |

Why? The price has been going higher and lower than $400 for several times now. And right now we are sitting below $400 which makes the current thread title relevant to the situation right now. |
