If you can sign a message from an address that was posted prior to the forum hack then I would offer .5BTC regardless of rank and trust level. If it has positive trust and/or is a higher ranking account then I may be willing to offer more.

None, because VIP accounts aren't on sale often. It's my opinion.*

Donating and paying are pretty interchangeable; they're both bitcoins leaving the owner's pocket and going to another source and resulting in the account becoming a VIP account.

35btc isn't a low amount, user paid 50bitcoins when price of bitcoin was very low, so investment was 100-200$ max and if OP is agree to take btc worth that amount then its good but 35btc are like 10000$, who will buy a forum account for $10k+?

Anyway I recently saw a Donator trying for secondstrade campaign, getting the feeling it might be the same as the guy deleted his enrollment post(and I didn't take note of his username) , but I guess VIP and Donator are two different thing. But well I could've mistaken VIP donator for Donater
