Well, gambling is addicting once you win big and you win consecutively. But once you taste defeat and get nothing out of gambling, you will feel that all of it are wrong and you should've just saved that money instead of depositing it in a gambling site.
in the online gambling sites, will only enrich the site owner. However, sometimes there are online gambling sites that could benefit us If I recall correctly, there ain't online or offline casino that can benefit you or anyone. Is there? Well, there is one gambling-based faucet that favor its player, iirc. You lose nothing because you are only allowed to play with faucet money, iirc. It's not really gambling, IMO... |

If you are playing player vs player games, I guess you could benefit from other players losses if you have skill; these games are without a house edge. Unfortunately, there aren't very many PvP games due to the fear of bots and a lack of active players. |

That was true, i believe most people who get addicted in gambling they had big win previously. They think gamble should ended with a winning so they will try and try again to chase that big winning again which it is called a "greed". |

That was true, i believe most people who get addicted in gambling they had big win previously. They think gamble should ended with a winning so they will try and try again to chase that big winning again which it is called a "greed". i dont think it is true most are expecting to get some big win i know lot of people that place 1eur on football ticket and play 6-8 matches and hopping to get around 200 eur this is bad cuz i wont win this much cuz its hard to guest on single ticket that many matches |

Gambling is so addicted because people can win money and people make profit, some people think they can make also profit but they won't.
If they lose they want to make money to cover there losses they have made because of the gambling.

That's true,, in hoping to get rich, they try to risk in gambling and then lost it all, they would repeat it again and again not knowing that little by little their one foot is buried already in debts and in gambling addiction..  |

People sees gambling as a game or something. Everyone like it to do and I think the most people are addicted to it. But that is normal I think. It is fun to do, but you dont have to be greedy. If you are greedy than you will lose a lot of money, because you cant stop playing. |

gambling addiction is a form of mental addiction while abusing drugs will have physical need which leads to addiction on top of the mental need. so i guess quitting gambling is going to be easier because you only have to discipline yourself. |

I suppose one of the main reasons is the illusion of getting rich quick and when you do win you think next time if I put in a little bit more then you will win more. It is an addiction that is hard to kick for sure.
Yeah, its that people want to get rich fast and they think they will by gambling. But in the most cases it will not happen because its luck you need. |

That's part of it's nature and why people keep using it overtime, I think it is related to adrenaline and the desire to make more all human have, it's extremely addicting in a way that make it hard to leave like smoking or alcohol.
