It does not offer any chance at all because we know that we cant win. If we already know that we cant win and still gamble then it is madness right. That is a good point, but nobody I think will be that good in setting a certain limit for himself and abide to that strictly. Some may go a little beyond that and most will go over beyond that. So setting up limits is something that is hard to achieve that makes gambling so addicting.
