Have lost the link but someone here bouht BitCoins face to face and the person they were buying from did a switch of addresses as the transaction occurred, *but* the scammer left some stuff behind and was reported to local police, If you can't take a gun, take a friend who can be an eyewitness (and don't trust Monbux either - very paranoid person & claims to be in Canada) |

Not if the person is a criminal. A criminal might like this deal. In order to withdraw fiat from an exchange you will need to give a lot of personal information to the operator of the exchange, which in itself is a hassle. Plus selling on an exchange forces you to have money deposited into your bank account which is something that the seller may or may not want (they could have their FDIC insurance maxed out at their bank, so depositing additional fiat could put them at risk of loosing money). |

We do a lot of cash meet ups from clients on Localbitcoins.com
As long as you are dealing with a Pro Trader and in a public place (With camera view walking in and out) you are safe as.
Pro traders 1000 plus past trades just care about a clean trade and are headache free.
Check and find adverts in your area. very simple and quick.
