As mentioned in the messages on BCM, I have opened this thread for information, so I will start with my own

I did two trades with the member:

ID:2600    BMBTC/PPUSD    24.9899 USD per BTC     10.0000BTC
ID:2574    BMBTC/PPUSD    29.9899 USD per BTC    11.0800BTC

Total: 583 USD.

A while after the trades, the buyer filed a dispute on paypal, and even though I did my best to stop it, the transactions were reversed.

I have sent a message via the Paypal help center to at least try to get some information about the transactions, and the dispute-resolution.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Actually I accidentally wrote the wrong ID in the header. It was supposed to say 5810, not 5180. I have fixed that now.

And as for the reason that there weren't very much information in OP, it's because I made this thread so the other people who have been cheated by that guy as well could post whatever information they have about him. Sadly nobody has responded yet  Sad But anyways thank you very much for trying to help Smiley

I am writing to the BCM admin to try and see if I can get the IP of the user. When googling his username (petraki85) I only get pages from BCM and lots of online poker pages. I'm trying to look trough them to see if there's any information about him somewhere, but it doesn't seem so.

They did the same to me for the following two trades on bitcoinmarket.com :

Buyer ID    Trade ID    Currency Pair    Price     Amount
5810    2588    BMBTC/PPUSD    25.9900    11.0000
5810    2493    BMBTC/PPUSD    26.9900    10.0000

After I confirmed receipt of payment, within a couple of hours of receiving the notice from paypal that the payments were disputed I emailed the admin at bitcoinmarket.com but never heard back. I received payment in the evening (US Central Time) and 1 hour later the payments were disputed.  The reason for the dispute is a claim that the transactions were unauthorized.

Paypal already closed one of the disputes (in his favor) without even waiting for my response.  Their initial email indicated I had 7 days to respond, and had to do so by fax since each transaction was >$250 USD.

I wish I would have known about the feedback section on bitcoinmarket.com!  If I had seen the users past history I would have been more cautious...

his username is petraki85
paypal address is brice.delannay@gmail.com
