Is anyone else having problems, solo mining with the new client?
I get "problems communicating with bitcoin rpc"
I mine with the guiminer (v.2011-05-21).

Thanks.

You have to run "bitcoind -daemon" if you want to mine solo, else you will get the RPC error.
