In the OP stands: "20 blocks mature".
But it seems, that it takes a little bit longer.
I'm staking fine on my side.
Just wait a little bit and it starts to stake. Don't forget to unlock the wallet for staking.

I have tested it on my side, no problem with syncing.
I have closed it a few times and restarted, and it always syncs.

Please check if a restart helps.

If not, then make a copy of your wallet.dat and delete all from c:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\synapse but keep the wallet.dat file.
And then restart and it should resync.

If you also remove the wallet.dat file, then your coins are gone, so be sure to not delete it and make a copy first!

Oh, I don't know, what to do on Windows 10. You shouldn't use that SpyVersion of Windows  
But maybe you have to restart it (without removing any files).
I have seen this problem with other wallets, when removing the files, but it should work again after a restart.

New wallet works fine for me on Windows 10 so it's not the operating system, open command prompt as administrator and type sfc /scannow it will scan for system file corruption and repair if found.

the problem is i start synapse , and it loads , then comes the runtime error and the wallet closed . so i can´t type anything in the debug window
