First off ask someone who speaks your language and speaks english better than you to translate. Second, I think you're saying that there are many signature campaigns , which in turn means more sig participants, which means more spam posts. Although you may be right, there are no clear steps on how to deal with spam campaigns, most are suggestions which can be gotten over easily and some are controversial and might harm forum itself: less traffic/ad revenues etc.
