Good encrypted email?

In my opinion, The only good email is the ones you Encrypt yourself with something like PGP.  Although ProtonMail is designed as a zero-knowledge system, using client-side encryption to protect emails and user data before they are sent to ProtonMail servers, You don't really know what is in the code because it is not opensource.  Who knows if the NSA or someone else has backdoor spying included in the payload.

Hey,  I think https://www.mail1click.com/  is a good bet.  Hushmail is OK, if you are looking for minimal privacy.. hope that helps
