Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Now go spell master a hundred times. And send me my bitcoin. I suggest you hire a Minister if Grammar. I am qualified for such a role and will accept 0.1 BTC per correction, leaving .9 for your majesty.

I am the Pope. For contribution of 10% of your taxes I can sanction your right to rule, otherwise I am afraid you will be deemed a heretic and I will have send inquisitors for your royal family...

If you prove that you are divinely appointed by the ability to maintain your rule, I will be more inclined to believe that you are divinely appointed (I'm a protestant and don't take the Pope's word on matters). You will most likely treat government as a form of property and be inclined to look after it and depose people who fail you because they cost you money and endanger your property. Like the minister of grammar.
You will probably want to pass this property on to your children, who will all have heard how hard it was to get and what has happened to extended members of the royal family who mistreated the people or messed with religious expression. So you'll leave the merchants and the priests/bishops/pastors alone. You will probably execute descenders and will have quite a strict justice system for violent criminals.
Will you have the foresight to teach your people the value of having only laws that punish evil doers (thiefs, murders, rapists...) or will you inflict your flawed human morality on the rest of us by prohibiting drink on a sunday?
