AFAIK virwox.com deduct high fees for paypal to bitcoin exchanges but not as high as 40% like you. might want to think about adjusting for fees since you are only a newbie with no trust yet?

40% was way too mucb and glad to see you have listened to some feedback and have it down to 25% you might have a bit more luck at this level.
