I don't think to place any dice or casino gambling games and I don't think you are venturing into sports gambling.
If you have to ask me which game should be on the main page. My reply will be blackjack. Blackjack is popular when I haven't seen any site focusing on Blackjack as its main gambling game.

Actually every gambling game is good. It depends on how can you manage it to attract people to join your site and stay there long enough. You need some feedback for them too. Any game is ok for me but I can say dice games is faster to get some credit

You should do Minesweeper or some video game gambling site.

Avoid Dice or Slots. Slots has horrible edge and every casino has slots already.

Dice is way too common these days.
