I have an Antminer S5 with one of the two ASIC boards fried and the other one works well. I only need one working ASIC board (18 pin data cable version) to replace the fried one and I need it to be delivered within the US, state of Florida.
This is the fried one with the blown up chips:

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.
