Live chat has been offline for days as well so idk what is up with this site but the person who started this thread hasn't even been on in 2+ days so I'd say whoever didn't get the bonus is sol |

I highly doubt he will get to this backlog he probably meant to lock it. Their live chat hasn't been online on days as well even though support sent me an email an hour ago to contact live chat about this |

World isn't ending, so you're safe. Keep in mind that sometimes live chat is ran directly by other paid services, and there could be misunderstandings between 3 parties. It's a popular casino, I doubt they gonna pull anything shady. |
