Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

The best places to sell your coins are either LocalBitcoins or coinbase.
Make sure you check out reviews of any service you use before selling, and also take precautions.. You do not want to take risks, stick to large companies. Also using atm's are a good option.

craigslist has bitcoin sellers. There is no feedback system but if you meet in a public area and talk to the person on the phone first you can usually make sure they arnt a weirdo. Even if they are they will fit in with all the weirdos at starbucks writing their slam poetry versus drinking $8 coffee's lol so you will be safe

I usually use localbitcoins, as you have done, but you can use an exchange of you want to ask small amounts of bitcoin, or just do an ATM deposit.

I have used LocalBitcoins before, just curious if there is another site where I can buy/sell Bitcoins for cash in my local area?
When you sell bitcoin through Localbitcoins, how much is mark up of the price compared to buying directly from exchange?

When you sell bitcoin through Localbitcoins, how much is mark up of the price compared to buying directly from exchange? i see some time 5% and some time even 10%, more rarely though, someone said that in other case is cheaper, maybe they use unusual method of payment, or not very secure for example a trusted trader there that want to be payed in paypal can charge a -5%, or if he want the money asap, he can charge a -5% and so on

Apart form Localbitcoins The best way to buy bitcoins in your local area would be through a Bitcoin ATM. You can try to find it through Coinmap.org

If you mean to sell your bitcoins online then you got many answers.
But i would suggest to try if anyone in your city or in your country is interested.
By this i believe that you can make a good profit and avoid the exchanges fees.
