Both are admins, but AFAIK theymos "runs" the forum. Depending on the definition of "run" it could also mean you though.

I believe that BadBear deals with account related matters mostly, please correct me if incorrect, whereas theymos deals with more general forum queries. You could probably get what you want by contacting either.

The moderators run the board while the big bosses are away.
Th founder was the father of bitcoin who handed the reigns over to Theymos/Sirius who then endowed powers to BadBear and then he gave some privileged few access to manage the boards.
Think of Theymos/Sirius as CEO.

The forum will unlikely be boughten by someone. I think the biggest thing you can do is to get a sponsorship with the forum, just like 'Private Internet Access'.

Correct. Technically badbear could be called co-admin. Theymos is the one who is making sure that everything is running fine (e.g. server). He's more of a technician and Badbear is more of an admin (especially activity wise).

Board!= forum. He means to ask who moderates this board , i.e "Meta". At any rate, seems you still haven't figured out the difference between Staff(Patrollers) and "Moderators"(Global moderators).
I believe this(who ran Meta, question) was unknown to most people here.

That's dependent, sort of like a dialect. A board can be considered a forum, as well as a single sub-forum or topic. I really doubt that he will be asking who moderates Meta, more that he wants to know who moderates the forum.

Why is it a silly question? He just wants to know who the staff is, which not every forum member would necessarily know.

There's actually a board of people who can vote to remove/change the head administrator though as far as I'm aware, which is an attempt to safeguard against any possible head administrator who goes off the rails.

While this is technically correct, theymos still has significant enough control over the forum that he would effectively be able to ignore him being "voted out".

It is my understanding that he has full control over the forums server and backups, has control over the DNS entries (although I believe that sirus also has control over this), and controls the majority of the forum's BTC.

The only thing the board of trustees would effectively be able to do is advise a forum treasurer to ignore instructions from theymos to send him BTC they are holding, however the amount the treasurers are holding amounts to only a few hundred thousand dollars equivalent in BTC while theymos holds millions.
