 so i fund who stole my btc and i need a help to get it back
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

The IP shown there has nothing to do with the transaction. It is just the IP of the node that let blockchain.info know about the TX. Its like blaming your computer screen for showing you false information you look up on the internet because it is the last device the makes you aware of it.
