There may be some bug iisue .or may be they are taking of the business ..becasse for 02/09/2016 profit is not added to my account but one of the cleit say ist already added to his account then why not our account profit is added

They did reply to my first e-mail within 5 minutes and after i asked if they changed the profit time, there was no answer anymore

In connection with the opening of a new data center, the profit accruing from 01:00-09:00 UTC+0.
Payments are made immediately after the profit.

And my investiment was minimum, as you said, it's not interesting to them stop small payments first...

Theoretically they will pay 02/09 profit on 02/10, i think until there is normal because all payments were coming with this logic. I received this message: In connection with the opening of a new data center, the profit accruing from 01:00-09:00 UTC+0.
Payments are made immediately after the profit.

Yes, but problem discussed here was about profit calculation. As they mentioned before some payments (withdrawals) delays were caused by opening of a new data center.
It looks like everything is working correct now.

But i don't think it's that big of a deal. The added a whole new datacenter and only had about 9 hours of delay. They gave you the information you needed to calmn you down. The delay was acceptable at my side.

This means that you are a tolerant person.
I think, they should warn everyone of possible problems / delays to avoid panic. They informed after the fact. For me, this is not fair.

I contacted them yesterday and offered to visit their Nurnberg datacenter(s). It's about 560 km from my home to Nurnberg.


I had several reasons:
- I'm looking for a place to invest (more) money
- I always wanted to see a datacenter
- I could vouch for their service here on the forum


Guess what they replied.
