"For the first time, the US is attacking oil delivery trucks." Accompanied by shots with the Cyrillic lettering. Seems legit. So, now they're stealing official video, which was published russian ministry of defence, and trying to present it as the result of their airstrikes. Lol, what a shame.

If that short video was published by Russian side first and then taken by Americans to illustrate their efforts, then they are doing it wrong and we should ask for comments. From the other hand what is good thing about this whole presentation is that bitcoin is not mentioned as one of the 'main' sources of terrorists funding.

You mistake the instrument with a font of funding. In the same mode You can blame internet providers as such "source".

The U.S. government needs to watch itself and not show too many videos of things that upset people. Why? Because the people can change things. If they do, the profits for the big profiteers who are using the government for personal profit-making might drop.

That's a pretty economic way to wage war . Let the Russians bombing the shit out of IS and then show it at home as surgical strikes conducted by the US air force .

The blonde lady is a genius. "Combine forces and crush them in a week." Just ignore the fact that almost all the attackers were European citizens. Rule #1 in war: know your enemy.

Well.. American propaganda mouthpieces such as CNBC, PBS and MSNBC are not very famous for dishing out unbiased and true information. And this is not the first time that I am noticing such blunders in these channels. Perhaps they need to hire quality people to compile the news stories, rather than recruiting the random guy from the ghetto.

More often than not, they just plain make mistakes. They use a lot of "canned footage." For example, if they have a story about an aircraft carrier doing some mission, they'll dredge up footage of fighter jets taking off from an aircraft carrier. There may or may not be a little disclaimer somewhere that says that this canned footage, not the actual jets cited going on actual missions. But it's certainly interesting to see canned footage of Russian jets targeting and destroying ISIS used in a US media mainly about Heroic American Efforts. I'm all for the Russians in this anti-Isis effort, of course.

So the video was a Russian plane and the announcer was talking about U.S. planes? Well, ok. They could have shown footage of a U.S. plane instead. My guess is that the producer wanted video of oil trucks blowing up and used this stock media. It's not good journalism to do that, however it's done frequently. They should have mentioned that this was shot by Russian planes on a similar mission.

Fake. This footage is not on the stock, only on RT.com and Russian M.oD. Youtube channel. Rouptly can sell it, but who bought it can not give it in contest "US bombing ISIS oil tankers".

I believe it is publicly available once it has been published in the news. It's not like they are reporting something false or trying to hide something. The U.S. is bombing oil trucks and anyone can see the Cyrillic lettering.

I think this is just a mistake from the guy in charge of editing the video, he just put that images wrongly(lazy guy googling for isis trucks bombing, or maybe done that way because there is no american footage of trucks being attacked by the us military), but I don't think this comes from the US gov to take credit for that.

Occam´s Razor says that they didn´t have any footage of strikes that didn´t take place in the first place so they just stole that Russian footage.

That makes no sense. I think you should sharpen your razor. And the footage does not belong to RT, They obviously did not shoot it. Why not just send an email to the show and ask where they got it?

They didn´t attack any oil tankers. Just because they said so and the usual gullible idiots believe them doesn´t necessarily mean that it happened. And since they didn't attack the tankers they had no footage to give to presstitutes and they had to steal it from others.
