Yes, that is correct. Russian bomber Su-24 was shot down by Turkish F-16 4 km near Turkish border.
But from what I can gather after reading some articles that Russian bomber wasn't on a mission against ISIS this time but instead vs rebels who fight with Bashar al Asad.
For now we can tell for sure that Russian plane did not violate Turkish airspace at at all!
