Away from prying eyes, retailers gear up for Bitcoin Black Friday

While everyone and their dog is gearing up for the imminent Black Friday deals, those who happen to have some bitcoin lying around might be able to score some deals on the side as part of Bitcoin Black Friday.

"According to CoinRebates a number of other major retailers are now signed up to the event including Walmart, Starbucks, GameStop offering deals that would suggest better savings than using standard currency'

If that is true and someone can confirm it 100%, then it is actually huge news! Walmart accepting bitcoin? Yes, please!

If this is true, I am hoping that it is going to be a long term arrangement and not just a sales gimmick to get quick sales on Black Friday. They might even just be testing the water,

and this could be a trial run. It would be huge news if bigger companies accepted Bitcoin and you might see a increase in adoption because of that. The bad news is.. more coins

will be dumped and the price of bitcoin will go down, and then I would have to buy more before Xmas.  Roll Eyes
