No mind changing, after you decided to tell me to buy a domain, you give money to the escrow, he confirms and if you change mind he will send me the money. So no refund for mind changes.
I don't do domains under 50$ or a bulk of domains that in total will give me a revenue under 25$
Now I support bulk domain orders (More than 1 domain), I accept domain orders up to 3000 USD.

.mil, .gov, .edu and private domains like these I can't.
