YABTCL.com is one of the oldest and most complete provably fair Bitcoin lottery available as it uses the Bitcoin blockchain to generate the winning numbers and to prove that the tickets participating were not modified after the draw.

Some features:

• Three types of games: Scheduled lottery, Instant Lottery and Free Lottery
• The scheduled lottery has 123+ Bitcoins in jackpots, is provably fair and has an invest system.
• The Instant Lottery is provably fair and has an variable house edge that varies from 1% to 0% depending on the conditions met by the player.

I will take a look on this problem, but probably it is only happening on the signature campaign page. But as hilariousandco said, to sign up on the campaign, you should apply here, and you only need to inform your BTC address. The "register" there is for your registration on the lottery system.

No your interpretation is quite wrong. Both will get paid according to 100 posts (maximum post count). Whether one post 1000 posts at a time, only his initial 100 posts will be considered for payment. Also the latter one will get double payment if 300 posts become maximum among all other members participating.

Them having no avatar currently has nothing to do with the logic by which i wrote my response. In regards to "wasting space" - Campaign needs to protect their interests,
and since they have honesty good rates compared to other campaigns, i don't see why anyone would have the greed to advertise two competing businesses.

No your interpretation is quite wrong. Both will get paid according to 100 posts (maximum post count) whether one post 1000 post at a time, his 100 posts will be considered for payment.

My interpretation is spot on if you are reading rules in a legal way. I'm not saying they would indeed do that, but it would still be better if they added a line like:
"At least 30% of the posts should be made on the Gambling section. After 100th post in total, requirements for posts in gamblind is changed to 30 posts, not 30% of the posts "
