I too am having problems. It's taking much longer than normal to withdraw my btc. I have opened a support ticket and shall see if that helps.

All of the pending bitcoin withdrawal requests below 500 BTC were processed.

That's because we actually have three wallets, hot/warm/cold.

The simplified auditing procedure I used to refill the hot wallet only applies to the warm wallet.

I am working on the more extensive procedure for the cold storage wallet.

Phantomcircuit, is there anyone else besides you actively maintaining the exchange in operational state?
Everytime something like this happens, I start to thinking about stop recommending Intersango to newbs. Then you come on IRC or forum and solve some of the issues, so I can see someone from Intersango is actually still alive. I personaly bought BTC for all my remaining € balance and moved them to my local wallet some time ago.

Please let me withdraw my bitcoins. It says on your website that withdrawals are instant when this is clearly not true. Please fix this. Thanks

I also read in another thread that MemoryDealers has some issues with Intersango too. I'm putting down Intersango from my web. I don't want to be Bruce Wagner II for recommending broken service.
I will miss you Sad

Memory Dealers allegations are absolutely unconditionally false.

Their allegations are nothing more than lies and slander.

phantomcircuit this may or may not be the case. What I do know though is that your company has my bitcoins and you are not allowing me to withdraw them. You are not dealing with the problem or replying to my support tickets or my messages on here.
This is very worrying.

I would like my bitcoins please.

There are currently no support tickets open about pending bitcoin transfers.

This has now been dealt with after 3 days. Now I am just waiting for a SEPA withdrawal to go through.

Glad you had it sorted in the end.

Website is down, waited 10 days for deposit to appear and no reply to tickets yet.

Not a nice way to end the year, an explanation would be nice please.
